Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the printing and packaging industry, is seeking a Machine Operator
  • 1st shift to join their team.
As a Machine Operator you will be part of the production department supporting high-speed manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Assist in setting up and operating high-speed manufacturing equipment Load raw materials into machines and monitor production processes Palletize finished products for delivery Follow operator instructions to adjust machine parts for optimal performance Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning equipment and work areas What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required Ability to perform basic math and measure to the 16th of an inch Good mechanical skills and willingness to learn on the job Reliable transportation to and from work Prior experience with inks, PMS/GCMU colors, or high-speed printing machines is preferred What's in it for me?
