Embroidery Machine Operator Pay:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time Days | Part-Time or Full-Time Nights | Weekend Availability Job Overview We are looking for an experienced, dependable Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. The Embroidery Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Ricoma embroidery machines , preparing embroidery files, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor Ricoma embroidery machines Load garments, thread machines, hoop products, and prepare jobs for production Create and prepare DST logo files for embroidery Create name and number files for customized embroidery orders Review artwork and job specifications before beginning production Monitor embroidery quality, placement, thread tension, and consistency Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues Inspect completed products for accuracy and quality Keep work areas, materials, threads, and production orders organized Manage multiple jobs and priorities while meeting production deadlines Take ownership of assigned work with minimal supervision Qualifications Previous embroidery machine operating experience preferred Experience with Ricoma embroidery machines strongly preferred Experience creating or working with DST embroidery files Experience creating name and number embroidery files Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Organized and able to manage multiple projects Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently as a self-starter Ability to work well in a close-knit, family-oriented environment Flexibility to work days, nights, and/or weekends depending on schedule
Compensation & Schedule Pay:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience Available schedules may include: Full-time day shift Part-time night shift Full-time night shift Weekend hours We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to become a dependable part of our team.
