Operations US-NY-Orchard Park-2389 Overview- 2nd Shift. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assembly Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in the production of high-precision, safety-critical components used across industries such as aerospace, medical devices, and energy. Responsibilities
- Assemble parts or products according to work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
- Use hand tools and basic measuring instruments to perform tasks accurately.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Record production data and report any issues or deviations.
- Support team goals and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
