Mixing Operator Pay:

$20.00 per hour Monday through Thursday 7:00AM to 5:30

PM Essential Job Duties:

Monitor the mixing process, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistency and quality. Operate and maintain equipment like mixers, blenders, and ovens to blend and heat ingredients. Accurately measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes and production orders. Adhere to established safety and quality standards, as well as production schedules and quotas. Record batch numbers, ingredient quantities, and product weight. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance. Collect and test samples for quality control purposes. Report any leaks, spills, or issues to management.

Required Qualifications:

Basic mathematical skills for calculations and measurements. General knowledge of products and chemicals used in the manufacturing process. Understanding of safety procedures and required personal protective equipment.
