• 1•2 years of experience with attention to detail, communication skills, and basic computer skills
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent Preferred Skills
  • 1•2 years of experience with SAP
  • 1•2 years of experience with visual acuity in working with microscopes Job Duties & Functions
  • Operate light-duty bench•or floor-type machine tools and equipment such as small lathes, power mills, extruding machines, drills, punch presses, power brakes, shears, or saws
  • Set up machining machines and make adjustments
  • Perform maintenance on machines
  • Check work using prescribed gauges, jigs, and fixtures to measure close tolerances
  • Monitor quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures
