Responsibilities include:
Set up and run a knee mill/Bridgeport machine. Read and understand engineering blueprints. Plan and mark where parts will be welded and build tools to hold them in place. Create tools and fixtures to help with welding, drilling, and assembly. Set up and use machines like presses, punches, and dies. Work with the production and engineering teams to make work more efficient and keep quality high. Keep the work area clean and follow all safety rules.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in metal fabrication/machine operation. Experience with AutoCAD is a strong plus! Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot. Pay Details:
