The position is full-time hourly on our day shift. The job will require working in our grinding and finishing department. Candidates must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Investment casting experience is not required; however, anyone with a background with hand tools, metal working, manufacturing, and operations is encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Report to and perform tasks as assigned by department supervisor Basic operation of hand tools and general manufacturing equipment Adhere to all company standards of conduct including adherence to safety standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Outstanding work ethic and the ability to multi-task Ability to read and understand operating procedures and specifications with guidance from supervisor Ability to wear PPE including safety glasses, gloves, and a dust respirator Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to stay focused with strong attention to detail
