Manufacturing Operator As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key role in our daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency on our production line. You will get hands-on experience of assembling innovative and cutting-edge products for the energy industry. You will be part of a team that ensures the highest quality of our customer builds. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for: Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and installation. Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operation. Using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete tasks. Collaborating with engineers and other team members to address design or installation challenges. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, promoting a safe working environment. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following 5S principles. To be successful in this role you will: Have a high school diploma or equivalent Proven (2 years) of experience in assembly or mechanical background. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Familiarity with mechanical systems and components. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including blueprints and schematics. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
