Laser Operator B SHIFT

Boss Precision has been an industry leader for over 30 years in precision metal fabrication. We serve the following industries transportation, rail, and warehousing to name a few, we are looking to hire Laser Operators for our night shift. Candidates must work well with limited supervision and should have experience running different varieties of lasers.

Responsibilities:

• Able to set up, operate and maintain production of quality parts throughout shift
• Must be able to troubleshoot their way through problems that might occur during production
• Must exhibit excellent communication and organization skills
• Must possess a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation a must

Skills:

• Must be able to interpret blueprints from multiple customers
• Able to lift up to 50lbs during the course of the shift
• Must be capable of performing in-process inspections where required
• Knowledge of CNC operations a plus to cross-train
