DOE + Overtime A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Screw Machine Set-Up & Repair Technician to support production and maintenance of Davenport and other cam-driven screw machines. Responsibilities Perform complete machine setups and changeovers. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Replace worn machine components and perform preventative maintenance. Support Davenport machine rebuilds and equipment upgrades. Optimize machine performance, quality, and uptime. Follow safety procedures and maintain maintenance documentation. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Experience setting up screw machines in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Davenport multi-spindle experience strongly preferred. Machine rebuild experience is a plus.
