Compound Operator

Divine Brothers is seeking individuals who have excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills and don't mind getting a little dirty at work. Our compound department ships out products to multiple companies looking to shine up their metal products.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and mix ingredients according to specific formulas and recipes
• Operate machinery and equipment to blend, compound, and package materials
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and production output
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas as required

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials and operating machinery
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating ingredient quantities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a warehouse or manufacturing setting

Compensation:

Base Rate:

$19.43/hr.

Hourly Adder:

An additional $1.00/hr will be paid for meeting the following criteria: A combination of Worked hours/PTO/Holiday time equal at least 40 hours for the week.
