Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Mixer specializing in Industrial Polishing to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will will learn to prepare and mix raw materials used in the production of polyurethane cakes for industrial polishing pad manufacturing, while ensuring compliance with established formulations, quality standards, and safety procedures. Responsibilities Measure and prepare raw materials according to established formulations and the production mix schedule. Mix raw materials in accordance with approved work instructions, formulas, and operating procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mixing area and related equipment. Communicate production status, material concerns, and process issues to the Supervisor. Work safely and effectively while wearing required personal protective equipment, including a respirator. Monitor and maintain raw material inventory levels. Assist in cross-functional operations by training and supporting other production areas as needed. Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and maintain accurate production records. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and procedures. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment adjustments. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to gather and interpret information in situations requiring sound judgment and problem solving. Forklift operation experience preferred. Basic computer proficiency. Strong attendance and reliability record. Six to twelve months of manufacturing experience preferred.

Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
