Full Job Description Machine Operator Location:

Akron, OH Pay:

$18 per hour | Weekly Pay Available Shift 2nd Shift 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM What You'll Do Read and understand specification sheets and production instructions Load materials into machinery and feed materials as needed for production Set up and operate machinery according to established procedures Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient operation Conduct visual inspections and measure products to verify proper dimensions Adjust machine settings as needed to correct quality issues Document inspection results and report non-conforming products to a supervisor Assist with packaging finished products and preparing shipping labels Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other production duties as assigned by a supervisor Requirements Minimum of one (1) year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment High school diploma or GED preferred Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quickly Experience performing machine setup and changeovers preferred Comfortable using basic hand tools Basic computer skills for production documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 75 pounds to shoulder height regularly Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work in a fast-paced production environment throughout the shift Take the next step and apply today!
