We are currently hiring a Compounder / Mixer for our Akron manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in the production process by accurately weighing, measuring, and blending raw materials into nutritional supplement batches according to company formulas and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Accurately weigh and measure raw materials for batch production Pour and transfer ingredients into tanks, vessels, and mixers Set up, operate, and monitor mixing equipment throughout production Follow batch sheets, formulas, and production documentation precisely Perform quality checks to ensure proper consistency, ratios, and appearance Complete all batch records and production paperwork in a timely manner Transfer finished product into drums, totes, or designated containers Return unused ingredients to inventory properly labeled, weighed, and cleaned Clean and sanitize tanks, mixers, utensils, and surrounding work areas Communicate with production teams when batches are completed and ready Follow all food safety, GMP, safety, and SOP requirements at all times Support additional manufacturing duties as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Willingness and eagerness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Comfortable using computers and completing documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas exactly Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks as production needs change Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. to shoulder height frequently throughout shift
