Machine Operator Join Our Team and Help Shape the Future of Manufacturing Were seeking a skilled and versatile Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process, working with precision and attention to detail to produce high-quality products. Overview As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to cut and shape various materials. You will work closely with our production team to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and contribute to the overall success of our operations. This is a temporary to hire position, offering the opportunity to grow and develop your skills with a potential long-term future with our company. Required Skills Ability to lift up to 50lbs Basic machine operation skills Ability to read a tape measure Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills Nice to Have Skills Experience (previous experience with machines is a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Other Requirements Ability to work second shift Must be able to pass a background check Competitive Compensation and Opportunities We offer a competitive starting salary of $18.00-$20.00 per hour and a $1 shift differential , with a potential raise after 90 days.
