Temp-to-Hire Ready to Move Beyond Basic Production Work? Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Manufacturing Machine Operators in Ashland with opportunities available across all three shifts. This is a great opportunity for someone who's mechanically inclined and ready to build stronger manufacturing skills. You'll operate production equipment, monitor quality, make basic adjustments, and help troubleshoot minor machine issues to keep production moving. Already have machine operating experience? Great. Don't have the title yet but have manufacturing experience and strong mechanical aptitude? We'd like to hear from you too. Available Shifts 1st

50+ /hour based on shift Straightforward 8-hour shifts with overtime opportunities based on production needs. What You'll Do Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Set up and make basic machine adjustments
Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
Perform measurements and quality checks
Monitor finished products for accuracy and quality
Package and label completed products
Complete required production documentation
Read and follow work instructions
Operate additional production equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow established safety and quality procedures What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful
Mechanical aptitude and basic problem-solving skills
Comfortable learning new equipment and production processes
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable attendance and consistent work habits
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Willingness to work overtime when required
No high school diploma or GED required Why ? Choose from 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift
Higher pay available on 2nd & 3rd shift
