AM Location:

Batavia, OH Job Summary Operate electromechanical equipment related to the assembly of electronic circuit boards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate electromechanical equipment used in assembling electronic circuit boards. Set up and verify jobs using computer-generated setup sheets and fixture layout drawings. Communicate technical data, error reports, and machine malfunctions to Quality and machine support teams. Perform routine maintenance and clean-up of production equipment. Report any part shortages prior to and during production runs. Monitor assembly processes and coordinate with machine support to ensure defect targets are met. Demonstrate lead operator capabilities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Background screening and drug screening Minimum of two years' experience operating electromechanical or CNC-type equipment. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including prolonged sitting/standing and frequent bending and stretching. Familiarity with electronic pick-and-place machines, wave soldering, water wash systems, and similar equipment. Benefits (employee contribution):
