$16-$18 per hour Temp to Hire Must be willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check and a Pre-Employment Background Check We're looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join our plastics manufacturing team. No experience is necessary—we're willing to train the right person. Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful, along with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Operate plastics manufacturing machinery following training and established procedures. Inspect finished parts for quality and report any defects. Trim, sort, and package products as needed. Monitor equipment and notify a supervisor of any issues. Keep your work area clean and organized. Follow safety procedures and work cooperatively with the team. Qualifications No prior machine operator experience required. Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. What We Offer Daytime hours on 1st shift. Starting pay of $16-$18 per hour. Hands-on training in plastics manufacturing.
