Schedule:

10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Night Shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: Berea, OH 44017: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Machine Operator

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  :
• Learns to independently run machines according to specifications
• Operates multiple machines at once, including centerless grind machines, drill press machines, robotic machines, milling machines, and deburring stations to produce parts or products
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Understands and learns how to read gauging of the products from the machines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

:

• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Experience with tooling and machining processes
• Ability to handle materials and operate machinery safely
• Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Ready to learn a new trade

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred
