Machine Operator (End Former)

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. We are seeking and End Form Machine Operator to join the operations team at our Corsa facility in Berea, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

Read job specifications such as work orders, blueprints, and measurement devices to determine machine adjustments and material requirements Set up, adjust, and operate equipment to fabricate parts to specifications Observes equipment operation to detect work piece defects or equipment malfunctions Remove burrs, sharp edges, or rust from work piece Verify parts to specifications and tolerance using proper measurement and inspection equipment Identify, tag and remove non-conforming materials Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner Communicate with other departments as necessary Keep work areas clean and organized Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety Ensure work is done safely, consistently and meets quality standards Adhere to all company rules and policies Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
