About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Machining Technician to manage the setup and operation of rotary transfer systems. Responsibilities Execute complex machine setups for Hydromat and similar rotary transfer equipment to achieve precise production specifications. Proactively monitor operational performance, making real-time adjustments to maintain consistent quality and output. Maximize equipment uptime by performing preventative maintenance and advanced mechanical troubleshooting. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by collaborating with the production team to streamline workflows. Maintain comprehensive production logs and technical documentation to ensure traceability and process consistency. Uphold a culture of safety and excellence by strictly adhering to all quality control and industrial safety protocols. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior operators to elevate team proficiency and machine handling skills. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in precision machine operation, specifically with rotary transfer or multi-spindle equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude with a proven ability to perform complex equipment troubleshooting. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and engineering specifications. Expertise in precision measurement and inspection techniques to ensure component accuracy. Preferred Skills Technical certification in machining or related mechanical fields. Experience with advanced machine setups for high-volume production runs. Strong problem-solving abilities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
