Ready to work overnight hours in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? As a 3rd Shift Assembler in Bowling Green, OH, you'll play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality automotive driveline parts. Bring your energy and attention to detail—your work helps power vehicles across the globe while you enjoy a steady afternoon shift schedule!
What You'll Need:
Ability to follow standardized work instructions and control plans Basic problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindset Willingness to perform changeovers, error proofing, and troubleshooting minor assembly issues Comfort with wearing steel toe boots and using personal protective equipment Ability to work safely and report issues promptly Nice to
Have:
Experience in automotive assembly or manufacturing processes Knowledge of 5S, TPM, or quality documentation Basic gaging or calibration skills
Preferred Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Past manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
