Every day presents a new challenge, from warehouse floors and manufacturing facilities to distribution centers and other large commercial projects including 3-d paving. where accuracy matters and production never slows down. - Transport and operate our Somero S-22ez Laser Screed on commercial concrete projects throughout the region.
- Deliver high-production, laser-accurate slabs that meet demanding quality standards.
- Work alongside concrete pump crews, placing crews, finishers, and project managers to keep pours moving efficiently.
- Read grades, understand elevations, and make adjustments that separate an average slab from an exceptional one.
- Build 3-d screed models for your pour using Trimble total station.
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting to keep the machine performing at its best.
- Represent InPlace Pumping Co. with professionalism on every project.

- Valid Class A CDL (required).
- Commercial concrete construction experience.
- Previous Somero Laser Screed experience is a major advantage, but we are willing to train the right individual with strong concrete experience and the drive to learn.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform routine maintenance.
- Willingness to travel throughout the region (Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky).
- Safe driving record.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Climb on and off equipment throughout the day.
- Work outdoors in most weather conditions.
- Stand, bend, kneel, and walk on uneven surfaces for extended periods.
