Extruder Operators:

Our client, a well-established manufacturing facility in Brunswick, is looking for dependable, hardworking Extruder Operators to join their growing team. These positions play a key role in supporting daily production, helping maintain a safe and efficient operation, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail, and bring a strong, reliable work ethic every day.

Shift:

Mon-Thurs 5am-3pm

Pay:

$20 an hour Safety Requirement - First Day On the first day, candidates will complete a breathing test that they will be sent to in order to be properly fitted for a carbon filter mask . This mask is required due to occasional exposure to certain industrial materials like Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) used in the facility Masks are not worn daily and are typically required for no more than one hour at a time will only be worn when working with

MEK Key Responsibilities:

Operate extrusion and milling equipment according to established procedures Monitor machinery, perform basic adjustments, and ensure consistent product quality Assist with material handling and general production tasks as needed Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Minimum Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Prior experience operating Extruders and Mills is a plus but not a requirement Comfortable with wearing a carbon filter mask when required Ability to work in a fast paced production environment Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed Commitment to following all safety procedures
