Description Machine Operator - $18.50/Hour | 3rd Shift Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 4-Day Workweek Looking for a 4-day workweek and a long-term manufacturing opportunity? We are hiring dependable Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team producing metal products.

$18.50/hour 3rd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 8:30 PM-7:00 AM Get Paid to Learn a Skilled Manufacturing Job No previous machine operating experience? That's okay! Training is provided. New hires will train on 1st shift Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM for approximately 4-6 weeks to learn the equipment, production processes, and safety procedures. You must be available for the full training schedule before moving to 3rd shift. What You'll Do Operate manufacturing machinery Load and unload materials Monitor equipment during production Make basic machine adjustments Inspect finished products for quality Follow safety and production procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with your team to meet production goals What We're Looking For Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required Dependable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn Good attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to work the required training schedule

Schedule & Pay Pay:

$18.50/hour

Regular Schedule:
