Machine Operator - Night Shift (7:00pm - 7:00am) $20.00/hr. + $1.00/hr. Shift Differential Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for a Shift Machine Operator (7:00pm-7:00am) to be based out of Byesville, OH. Reporting to the shift supervisor, the Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machines/set of machines, which includes set up, operation, quality and monitoring production. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing simple or routine set-ups, following processes, completion of necessary paperwork, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. What you'll do: Machine Operator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Read and comprehend production Standard Work, all Safety procedures, and Maintenance instructions Operate and observe machinery during production Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality to customer requirements and quality standards Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals Monitors and maintains production and scrap rates All associates must embrace and foster and environment that supports our core values of Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence What you'll bring: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred The ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations Attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift, pull or push at least 50lbs. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
