2nd Shift Current Openings Sinico Tapper Operator Operate Sinico tapping equipment to process metal components Monitor equipment and production throughout the shift Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Follow production, safety, and quality procedures Previous machine operating or metalworking experience is preferred Bender Operator Operate bending equipment to form metal products Follow measurements, work instructions, and production requirements Monitor finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a safe and organized work area Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or metalworking experience is preferred What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience Metalworking or industrial equipment experience is a plus Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Good attention to detail Safety-focused and dependable Ability to follow instructions and production requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team Someone looking for a stable, long-term position These are long-term opportunities, not seasonal positions .
