You will use your skills to ensure consistent product quality and efficient operations. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for preparing raw materials, operating blending equipment, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Duties Accurately measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials for blending according to specified formulations and batch records Operate and monitor mixing and blending equipment to ensure proper product consistency and quality Maintain proper documentation of production activities, including batch records and process logs Follow safety protocols and CGMP standards to uphold a safe working environment Assist with materials handling, including loading, unloading, and storing raw materials using forklifts or other warehouse equipment Support packaging operations by preparing finished products for shipment and ensuring proper labeling Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime Fork Lift operation Shipping and receiving Quality Control General Warehouse Additional duties as required Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing or laboratory settings, with familiarity in blending or compounding processes preferred Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus Understanding of CGMP standards applicable to pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environments Experience with laboratory testing or quality control procedures is advantageous Strong materials handling skills, including the safe use of machinery such as mixers, pumps, etc Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding inventory management and storage procedures Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join us in creating exceptional products while advancing your career in a small safety-focused environment!
