Night Shift-Blown Film Extruder Operator New Tech Plastics is under new ownership and looking to expand and promote a Team environment! Work 14 days and have 14 days off every month. We are looking for highly motivated, detailed oriented associates to join our company. Full time and part time positions available! Starting pay is $20

• 23 per hour, night shift premium paid weekly with increases during the first year of employment.

Primary Responsibilities Unload finish rolls from machine using proper lifting equipment and techniques. Weigh, record quality & production data and load onto skid Package finished rolls per customer specifications Maintain accurate production and quality control records. Build & complete skid by banding, labeling and moving finished skids to shipping area Prep machine for next roll by setting up new cores for film transfer

• Assist in monitoring production processes, ensuring that all products meet quality standards Complete timely quality control checks Assist in equipment or line adjustments Maintain an organized and clean work area Alert supervisor of any problems on the line
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and (HACCP) guidelines throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Benefits Competitive wage of $20
