Resonetics is seeking detail-oriented Production Operators / Assemblers to work in a clean, climate-controlled environment handling small, precision components. This role requires strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work with microscopes, tweezers, and laser equipment. Key Responsibilities Assemble small, delicate components using tools such as tweezers Operate laser cutting machines (load parts, align via computer, and initiate process) Perform quality inspections using microscopes and magnifying equipment Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols Handle post-processing, inspection, and shipping tasks Work in a clean room environment when required (wearing clean room suit) Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in production Work Environment Clean, organized, and climate-controlled facility Combination of sitting and standing throughout the shift Use of safety goggles (provided by the company due to laser usage)
Shift Timings Training:
1-week orientation on 1st shift (6:00 AM
- 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday) Weekend shift roles require 2-3 weeks of training on weekday shifts
