Machine Operator 2nd and 3rd Shifts Crown Personnel Services - 3.8 Dayton, OH Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 2 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Press operation Machine operation Employee relationship building High school diploma or GED Manufacturing Full Job Description Press Room Associate - 2nd or 3rd Shift Position Summary Performs various manufacturing processes including but not limited to chemical processing, painting, coating, assembly and press setup, and operation to produce aerospace components to required specifications. Essential Job Functions Follows all manufacturing instructions and print requirements for the production of components in area of assigned responsibility Completes necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure quality conformance and the proper movement and control of product Completes all quality related inspection requirements Ensures all equipment and materials used to perform job functions are compliant to procedures Suggest and participate in the implementation of process improvements and scrap reduction activities Performs all required preventative maintenance activities Adheres to all safety guidelines and procedures Other assignments as required Qualifications High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) Previous aerospace manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Able to communicate effectively with management, and coworkers to promote strong working relationships and create an environment focused on teamwork Ability to carry/lift up to 35 lbs. (50% of the time). Must have the ability to stand, kneel, squat, stoop, use fingers and hands to feel, lift or handle tools, parts and equipment
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
