Shift Shift/Hours:

Monday - Friday, 3pm to 11:30pm (2nd shift) or 11pm to 7:30am

Pay Rate:

$19/hr + 10% shift differential (Training will be on 1st shift, 7:00am to 3:30pm for 1-3 weeks)

Experience:

About the Role In this position, you will learn and operate CNC machines and machining centers. You will apply knowledge of machine shop theory, shop mathematics, and layout techniques under the guidance of experienced team leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

Load raw materials and unload finished products from the machine.

Quality Control:

Perform basic deburring on products and utilize micrometers and calipers to ensure precision.

Skill Development:

Learn essential industrial math, print reading, and machining theory related to your assigned department.

Technical Experience:

Receive practical, hands-on training on lathes and milling machines.

Coordination:

Communicate effectively with co-workers and team leaders to coordinate production activities and follow routing sequences. What You Bring to the

Team Background:

High school graduate; previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

Work Ethic:

Must be dependable, flexible, and possess a solid attendance record.

Mindset:

Highly detail-oriented with a strong desire to become a machinist.

Safety & Physical Requirements:

• Must always adhere to company safety policies. Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor. Must be able to exert between 10 and 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
