As a Machine Operator, you'll keep machines running, keep production moving, and earn steady pay along the way.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of machine operating experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and production standards Team-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability and dependability

Job Duties:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery Maintain production output while meeting quality standards Perform routine machine inspections and identify potential issues Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments Follow established safety procedures and company policies Keep workstations and production areas clean and organized Accurately complete production-related tasks and documentation Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals "Every time I work, I see growth
