Compounder Full-Time Join Our Team as a Compounder! We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Compounder to take charge of producing the powder used to manufacture our parts. In this role, you'll manage daily inventory tracking, mix custom-colored powders, and keep production running smoothly by supplying machines as needed. Between mixing cycles, you'll stay busy supporting other areas of the shop floor — making this a great fit for someone who likes variety and doesn't mind staying productive throughout the shift. What You'll Do Record daily powder inventory counts each morning Weigh and measure pigment for mixing different colored powders Operate mixers to produce powder according to specifications Deliver powder to different machines as needed throughout the shift Run the pulverizer During mixing cycles (approximately 40 minutes each), cut up and feed scrap material into the shredder Assist with wrapping finished parts to keep shipments moving on schedule Perform other related duties as assigned What You Bring Ability to multitask and stay productive during downtime between mixing cycles Comfort operating machinery, including mixers, a pulverizer, and a shredder Attention to detail for accurate measuring and inventory tracking Reliability and consistent attendance Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ready to join our production team?
