Machine Operator - 1st

$17.00 - $21.00 Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. Candidates must have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience using precision measuring tools and reading blueprints. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Use measuring tools including: Tape measures Micrometers Calipers Gauges Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic machine adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and policies Qualifications Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience required Must be able to accurately read a tape measure Experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges required Blueprint reading experience required Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight if needed] Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
