$17.00 per hour Job Description We are currently seeking reliable individuals for a Couplers Assembly position in Elyria. This position involves assembling couplers and related components in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble couplers and components according to work instructions. Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet daily production and quality expectations. Work effectively as part of a team. Requirements Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks. Good attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift and handle materials as required.
