Pay Rate:

$16 per hour As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of the dry blend seasonings. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow manufacturing processes, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production of spices and seasonings. Follow established processes to ensure accurate blending and packaging. Perform quality checks to maintain product standards. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Work efficiently to meet production targets. Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Ability to follow standard operating procedures. Detail-oriented with a focus on product quality. Strong work ethic and the flexibility to work overtime as needed. Must wear steel-toe footwear for safety.
