Duplicate Machine Operator I Location:
Fairborn, OH 45324
Job Type:
Contract (1+ Year, with potential extension based on performance)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Work Arrangement:
On-site About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Duplicate Machine Operator I to support document management and scanning operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately scanning, processing, and maintaining documentation while ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Scan, digitize, and organize required documents with a high level of accuracy. Assist with the secure handling and disposal of documents after processing is complete. Maintain an organized workflow to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Follow established document management procedures and quality standards. Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and cross-functional stakeholders. Communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues to support operational objectives. Maintain a consistent, reliable work schedule and attendance record. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. Travel locally between facilities or work sites as required. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment, including scanners and document management tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in document scanning, records management, data entry, or an administrative support role. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience working in a structured office or production environment. Work Environment Work is performed primarily in an office setting. Position requires regular on-site attendance during scheduled working hours. Occasional local travel between facilities may be required. Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. An Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a related field may be considered in lieu of certain experience requirements where applicable. Degrees must be earned from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
