  • Job Description This role involves working in a controlled production environment to support the manufacturing and quality assurance of gold chains.
You will set up and operate specialized chain machinery, feed materials into equipment, and closely monitor operations to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to production specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate chain manufacturing machinery according to defined production specifications. Feed materials into machines in a precise and consistent manner to support continuous production. Monitor equipment during operation to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to standards. Inspect gold chains during and after production to verify quality, appearance, and consistency. Identify and report any irregularities, defects, or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the controlled environment. Follow established procedures and guidelines for working in a cleanroom or controlled production setting. Support general assembly and production tasks as needed to meet manufacturing targets. Essential Skills Previous manufacturing or production experience. Experience working in assembly or production manufacturing environments. Ability to operate as a production or machine operator in a manufacturing setting. Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent product quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Capability to work effectively in a controlled or cleanroom environment. Appropriate attire and adherence to cleanroom or controlled-environment protocols are required to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and product integrity. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
