Job Summary Patrick Staffing is currently hiring Machine Operators for a high-volume, automotive, global manufacturing facility right here in Findlay. Whether you have years of machine operation experience or a strong background in machine maintenance/mechanics, this clean, climate-controlled, and team-oriented work environment offers long-term stability and permanent career growth opportunities. Duties Safely set up, load, and operate automated and semi-automated production machines. Load material into the machine and pull finished product off mandrels. Perform quality inspections visually and with basic measuring tools to meet part/order specifications. Identify minor operational issue, clear basic jams, and notify supervisors of errors. Keep workstation clean, follow safety standards, and wear proper PPE. Requirements Prior machine operation, assembly, or factory experience is required. Candidates with warehousing backgrounds or other manufacturing experience could be considered. Ability to read basic work instructions including those with basic math. Computer skills
