What You ll Do As a Shipping & Receiving Operator , you ll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient processing, packing, loading, shipping, and receiving of flour and feed products while maintaining a clean, safe, and audit-ready facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Loading, unloading, transferring, and packing flour and feed products using forklifts and other equipment. Performing sanitation tasks including vacuuming, mopping, washing, and maintaining an infestation-free facility. Loading bulk and bagged flour trucks and railcars while completing required documentation and inspections. What We re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Manufacturing, food processing, flour milling, or related industrial experience preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification; CDL and previous truck driving experience preferred. Ability to pass a respirator fit test and safely perform job duties while wearing a respirator. Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
