Job Description

Job Overview We are hiring Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This hands-on role involves operating and supporting die casting machinery , performing basic machine maintenance, inspecting finished products, and maintaining safe, efficient production in a team-oriented environment. Shift Schedule 1st
Shift:
5:00 AM•3:30 PM / 6:30 AM•3:00 PM 2nd
Shift:
2:30 PM•11:00 PM / 3:00 PM•1:30
AM Note:
Mandatory overtime may be required. The facility currently operates 7 days per week , providing consistent hours and opportunities to earn additional overtime pay. Responsibilities Operate and monitor die casting and manufacturing equipment Load aluminum ingots into production machines Perform basic machine maintenance, including lubrication, oiling, and cleaning Remove metal shavings using compressed air tools Perform visual quality inspections of finished parts Complete minor finishing work, including filing and deburring Remove scrap material and maintain a clean, organized work area Move finished products to designated staging areas Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting Comfortable working in a warm, noisy industrial manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred:
High school diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude or experience operating industrial machinery Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team Why Join Us?
