Schedule:

Monday

• Friday | 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM
• 10:30 PM | 3rd Shift, 10:30 PM
• 6:50 AM | Requires 1 week of training on Day Shift | Mandatory OT as needed Gear Up.

What You'll Need To Gear Up :

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or assembly environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written instructions, operator sheets, and standard work procedures. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift to 40 lbs., and move continuously during the workday. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or packing experience is helpful but not required. Step Into the Line and… Assemble foam seat cover components on a fast-paced production line. Follow operator description sheets and work instructions to build products accurately. Fasten parts together using bolts, clips, screws, and other assembly methods. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Pack completed products for shipment and distribution. Use hand tools, fixtures, ergonomic arms, and production equipment safely and effectively. Rotate between workstations based on the production schedule and operational needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
