Are you ready to be part of a dynamic production team that powers the success of top-quality products? At KDC, we're looking for detail-oriented, safety-conscious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellence. What You'll Do As a Packaging Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are packaged to perfection.
Your day-to-day will include:
Building and Assembling container, closure, and carton systems with precision. Packing Finished Products according to customer specifications and quality standards. Preparing Pallets for shipment using electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines. Auditing Quality to guarantee every product meets our high standards. Maintaining Safety & Cleanliness in a climate-controlled production environment. Collaborating & Training—work as part of a supportive team and help others grow. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing experience? Great! If not, we'll train you. Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of FDA GMP and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.
