You'll use tools, follow drawings, and assemble components into quality products while working in a team-focused manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Assemble components and finished products according to drawings, shop orders, and inspection requirements. Use hand tools and pneumatic tools to complete assembly tasks. Read tape measures and check finished work for accurate measurements. Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and perform rework when needed. Complete quality forms, daily inspection records, and other production paperwork. Maintain production standards and move between workstations as needed. Follow safety procedures, ISO requirements, and housekeeping standards. Help train new employees as assigned. Perform additional duties as directed by your supervisor. What We're Looking For Basic assembly skills and the ability to use hand and pneumatic tools. Ability to read a tape measure and understand drawings. Basic reading, writing, and math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Clear communication, teamwork, and initiative. High school diploma or GED preferred. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the workday. Use hands and fingers to handle parts and tools and reach with hands and arms. Regularly lift up to 35 pounds.
