• Job Description
• The Converting Operator is responsible for the safe setup, operation, and maintenance of converting equipment used to manufacture corrugated boxes and specialty packaging products. This position plays a critical role in achieving production, quality, safety, and customer service objectives.
• Responsibilities
• + Set up and operate converting equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Read and interpret production orders and customer specifications. + Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as necessary. + Perform quality checks throughout production runs. + Troubleshoot machine issues and work with maintenance as needed. + Minimize waste while maximizing machine efficiency. + Complete production documentation accurately. + Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards. + Follow all company safety policies and procedures. + Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

• Essential Skills
• + Experience in machine operation and packaging. + Proficiency in general production tasks.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience operating Flexo Folder Gluers (FFG), Rotary Die Cutters (RDC), Specialty Folder Gluers, Corrugated Converting Machinery, and Automated Material Handling Systems is highly preferred.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 120 hours of PTOpaid holidays$2.00 shift differentialdirect hire
