Job Description This role focuses on operating and monitoring extrusion, press, and automated production equipment to manufacture drainage pipe and related products while maintaining high standards of quality. You will work in a clean room environment inspecting labels, using measurement tools to verify quality, and following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and standard operating procedures to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe production. Responsibilities Operate extrusion, press, and automated production equipment to manufacture drainage pipe and related products in accordance with established procedures. Set up machines, adjust controls, and monitor equipment performance to achieve optimal production output and minimize downtime. Follow work orders, production schedules, and standard operating procedures to meet production targets and quality requirements. Load raw materials into machines and ensure continuous material flow throughout the production process. Remove finished goods from production lines, inspect them for quality and accuracy, and ensure they meet labeling and packaging standards. Maintain high standards of quality by accurately inspecting labels in a clean room environment and using measurement tools to confirm compliance with specifications. Move raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently within the production area. Remove full product quantities from lines, label them appropriately, and prepare them for further processing or shipment. Assist with staging, packaging, and preparing shipments as needed to support overall production and logistics operations. Follow all GMPs and safety guidelines to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area. Essential Skills Experience operating extrusion, press, or automated production equipment in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to set up machines, adjust controls, and monitor performance to maintain consistent, high-quality output. Strong attention to detail to accurately inspect labels and verify product quality. Basic math skills to perform measurements, counts, and simple calculations related to production and quality checks. Proficient English written and verbal communication skills to read work orders, follow instructions, and communicate with team members. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks throughout the shift. Capability to follow work orders, production schedules, and standard operating procedures consistently. Work is guided by production schedules, work orders, and standard operating procedures, with a strong emphasis on following GMPs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all safety practices Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamilton, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00- $21.
