Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling components and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This position requires teamwork and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with various hand tools and equipment. Tools consisting of drills, dremels, an oscilating tool and wrenches. Duties Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to fabricate components as needed. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals. Conduct routine inspections of assembled products to identify defects or issues. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in training new employees on assembly techniques and safety procedures. Skills Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in assembly tasks. Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility setting is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques for efficient production. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all tasks performed. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
