Electrical Fastening Solutions is a growing startup manufacturing company. In addition to day-to-day production responsibilities, we are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company. Role/Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator in Hubbard, OH. The shift is Monday-Friday 7 AM-3:30 PM. Operate a riveter machine and/or stamping press and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Assemble and box finished parts for shipment Track and record production run times Assist with general organization and inventory Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Qualifications:
Does not require prior experience Skills in quality control and the ability to ensure adherence to high standards Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and leadership Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain attention to detail Lift/carry up to ~ 50 lbs.
Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
