Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Embroiderer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will bring intricate embroidery designs to life on a variety of garments and textiles, ensuring precision and quality in every piece. Your expertise will contribute to creating visually stunning products that meet our high standards and satisfy our customers' expectations. Duties Operate embroidery machines with precision, ensuring accurate stitching according to design specifications Set up and adjust embroidery equipment, including threading, hooping, and calibrating machines for optimal performance Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to design details Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of materials and tools Collaborate with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals and deadlines Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime during production runs Assist with garment construction when necessary, ensuring seamless integration of embroidered elements into final products Skills Proven experience in embroidery techniques with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship Strong knowledge of garment construction principles and sewing machine operation Proficiency in operating various sewing machines used in embroidery manufacturing Ability to interpret design files and translate them into precise embroidery work Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and warehouse procedures Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Prior warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-moving environment Join us as an Experienced Embroiderer and be part of a team dedicated to producing exceptional embroidered apparel.
